Jack Balaban

The man who started it all…the patriarch in our office. Jack has over 40 years of experience in the HVAC industry and launched the original company that made all of this possible. Today, Jack enjoys traveling to new destinations and cherishing time spent with his granddaughter. He remains a trusted advisor to Eco Support Products, a mentor to our team, and friend.

PRINCIPAL & FOUNDER

Matthew Balaban

From collecting Vintage Watches to building custom golf clubs, Matthew’s appreciation for fine craftsmanship and ability to cultivate lasting relationships has been the bedrock to Eco Support Products’ success. Matt’s entrepreneurial journey began at age 9, working in his fathers factory and in the field. Now, three decades later, he is a seasoned Owner who’s taken Eco Support Products’ from a local family operation in London, to a multinational enterprise endorsed by Engineers, Distributors, Rep Firms, and Contractors across North America.

Tammy Fazakes

With over two decades of experience in construction & HR, Tammy’s vibrant energy and industry expertise are pillars to our leadership team. Tammy oversees all personnel, internal processes, human resources, and accounting activity. Outside of work, Tammy loves to travel, spend time with her family, and can often be found supervising one of our favourite team members, Blue the Dog.

Ben Whiteside

Ben oversees all distributor relationships across Canada and the United States for EcoFoot. Ben graduated from Laurier University and has extensive design experience working with Engineers, Distributors, Rep Firms, and Wholesalers. Outside of managing our clients, Ben loves to golf, spend time with family, and travel to new destinations.

A fixture in the industry and beloved by many. Bob graduated with an Engineering Degree from Texas A&M in 1982. Over the past four decades, he has designed thousands of rooftop projects and is a trusted voice in the ASHRAE community. Based in Houston, Bob enjoys running, traveling abroad, spending time with his family, and sharing his love for fine Bourbon.

Ben’s commitment to serving others and eye for detail has allowed for great success at EcoFoot. From order processing, to working with distribution partners, and managing shipping inventory to over 100 authorized distribution centers. Ben takes a personal approach to working with customers, and his commitment to implementing efficient processes has been evident in our client retention & feedback.
Outside of Work, Ben is a scratch golfer, Scotty Cameron Collector, and is currently learning Spanish.

His humor, team attitude, and work ethic continues to set a standard of excellence for the entire team.

Ben oversees all Distributor Relationships across Canada and the United States for EcoFoot. Ben graduated from Laurier University, and has extensive design experience with all major HVAC equipment brands & and project experience across multiple sectors; Industrial, Office, School, Residential, Hospital, Warehouse, Retail, Wind & Seismic. (we will tweak this part slightly)
Outside of managing clients, Ben loves to golf, spend time with Family, Travel to new destinations, and is active in the Sports Broadcasting community working as a Play-by-Play Commentator and Host in both Hockey & Golf.
